| We've made it easy for you to select the right content for your Mobile Phone. Start by browsing the content, searching or selecting directly from the homepage. | |
| 1 | Use the PLAY icon to preview your Mobile Content. Polyphonic Ringtones work on almost all Mobile Phones, and use a synthesized version of the instruments to reproduce the musical work. TrueTones are actual audio extracts of the original recording, and sound like the real thing. |
| 2 | To place your order, select the SHOPPING CART icon and follow the instructions. It is important you select your correct Mobile Phone make and model, an image will appear to confirm your selection in case you are unsure. Note: If your Mobile Phone it not listed, we do not support it! |
| 3 | Once you have placed your order by SMS text message, Credit Card or PayPal, you will receive two separate messages to your Mobile Phone.
The first is a standard SMS, and it contains a link to download the content. You can activate this link by selecting from options such as "use detail", "go to" or similar. The second message is a WAP Push message. This may not arrive in your normal SMS inbox, but as a browser message, service message, in your Internet or WAP menu or similar. This second message prompts you to simply click and download. Both messages link to the same content, use whichever is more convenient on your Mobile Phone! |

| How can I get Downloads such as MP3s to my device? | |
| We've made it easy for you to select, purchase and download content. Our Downloads can be used on your PC, Mac and compatible Digital Player. We support almost all such Digital Players, delivering our content in the popular MP3 format, and without format restrictions such as DRM. All Downloads are delivered directly and saved to your main computer such as PC or Mac, and can then be easily moved to you chosen Digital Player, dependent on your device software. For example, both iTunes and Windows Media Player enable such transfers.

| More than 95% of our orders get delivered within one minute of order receipt. On rare occasions this may take longer. Mobile data networks occasionally experience downtimes, or you may be out of reach with your Mobile Phone, so please be patient.
Your Mobile Phone must be WAP/Mobile Internet enabled to receive Mobile Content. Make sure your message inbox is not full, and your Mobile Phone is switched on and in area of reception. Before ordering, make sure your Mobile Phone make and model is compatible with the content you have ordered. |

| More than 95% of our orders are confirmed and enabled within one minute of order receipt. On rare occasions this may take longer. If you have used SMS text messaging to place your order, note mobile networks occasionally experience downtimes, or you may be out of reach with your mobile Mobile Phone, so please be patient.
If you have used Credit Card or PayPal to place your order, if so required await the confirmation Email with your order reference number to download your Content. When downloading Content, make sure you have a good connection to the Internet, and sufficient storage space on your PC/Mac. Before ordering, make sure your PC/Mac or Digital Player is compatible with the available formats. Always save your Downloads, and be sure to backup your valuable Download library. |

We try our best to optimize the mobile content for your Mobile Phone, but depending on the choice of repertoire and format, a specific tone may in rare cases sound slightly different to what you experience during a preview on a website. |

| A | When ordering by SMS text messaging and having a mobile network contract, your charges will appear on your operator/carrier Mobile Phone bill. If you use a pre-pay Mobile Phone, your account will automatically be debited the download amount when you receive the message. In some cases, you can pay for your Content by Credit Card by selecting the "Use My Credit Card" option or the "Use PayPal" option, and your charges will appear on your Credit Card bill or in your PayPal account. |
